Booking Policy
At Celestique Wax and Skin, we kindly ask all clients to respect the following policies to ensure a smooth and professional experience. A 10-minute grace period is allowed, but arriving later may result in a shortened service or cancellation. No-shows and last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) will forfeit their deposit and may require full prepayment for future appointments. For safety and space, no extra guests or children are allowed unless being serviced or further discussed. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, under the influence, or uncooperative. All services are non-refundable; however, if you experience an issue, please reach out within 24 hours of your visit. We accept all major cards,Cash App, and cash—exact change is appreciated. If you would like to add on or upgrade a service, please let us know during booking or upon check-in. Out of respect for everyone's health, please do not attend your appointment if you are sick. By booking and securing your appointment, you agree to all policies listed.
Deposit Policy

At Celestique Wax and Skin, we require a $35 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Here's how it's broken down:
$10 goes toward your remaining service balance.
This amount is credited directly to your appointment and will be deducted from the total at checkout.
$25 covers:
Booking Reservation: Holding your time slot exclusively for YOU, ensuring no double bookings.
Administrative Fees: Includes processing fees, scheduling system usage, and confirmation communications.
Last-Minute Cancellations or No-Shows: Helps protect our business from the loss of time and income when appointments are missed or canceled without notice.
Your time is valuable—and so is ours. This deposit ensures commitment and fairness for both client and esthetician. Thank you so much for your understanding!
Health Policy
If you are feeling sick, experiencing cold/flu-like symptoms, or have been exposed to contagious illnesses (including COVID-19), please reschedule your appointment. We will gladly accommodate your booking at a later date.
If you have open wounds, active cold sores, rashes, sunburn, or skin infections in the area being treated, please notify us prior to your service. In some cases, services may need to be postponed for your safety.
Clients who have had recent surgeries, fillers, Botox, chemical peels, or skin treatments must wait the appropriate healing time before receiving services.Please consult with us before booking. If you are under the care of a physician for a skin condition or on certain medications (like Accutane or Retin-A), you must disclose this prior to treatment.
Refund Policy
All services at Celestique Wax and Skin are non-refundable unless a cancellation or reschedule is due to an error or unforeseen issue on our end. We take pride in providing quality care and a professional experience, and while we do not offer refunds for completed services, your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues or concerns with your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the matter promptly. Any concerns brought to our attention after this timeframe may not be eligible for correction.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, but we kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit and may require full prepayment for future appointments. No-shows will automatically lose their deposit and may be blocked from rebooking. If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible—arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation. By booking, you agree to this policy and respect the time we’ve reserved just for you.
Pre-Appointment Policy
To ensure the best results and a smooth experience, we kindly ask that all clients arrive clean, freshly showered, and free of lotions, oils, or deodorants on the areas being treated. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, especially after waxing services. For facial appointments, arrive with a bare face—no makeup or heavy skincare products. If you are experiencing any irritation, sunburn, open wounds, or breakouts in the treatment area, please notify us ahead of time. Avoid caffeine or alcohol at least 4–6 hours before your appointment, as it can increase sensitivity. Be sure to arrive on time and use the restroom beforehand if needed. If you have questions about prep for a specific service, feel free to contact us—we're happy to help!
No call/No show Policy
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without calling or notifying us in advance will be considered a no-call/no-show. In these cases, the $35 deposit will be forfeited, and you may be required to pay the full service amount upfront to book any future appointments. Repeated no-shows may result in being blocked from booking altogether. Please respect our time and allow space for others by giving proper notice if you're unable to make it.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, and cash as forms of payment. If paying in cash, exact change is preferred, as we do not always have change available. Please ensure your selected payment method is ready at checkout to keep things running smoothly. By booking, you agree to this payment policy and understand that failure to pay may result in service denial or booking restrictions.
Extra Guest Policy
To maintain a calm, clean, and professional environment, we kindly ask that you do not bring extra guests or children to your appointment unless they are also being serviced. Our studio space is limited and designed for one-on-one attention, ensuring the best experience for both you and other clients. Guests who arrive with you may be asked to wait outside or return once your service is complete. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our space.
